Your booking will be in pending as long as we will confirm the availability.
If available, the tour will be confirmed.
As per our policy, a credit card details or a Paypal deposit or full payment needed to guarantee the booking.
The balance will be charged at the end of the tour on the same credit card used for the guarantee
or will be payable in cash directly at your Guide or Driver.

KIDS FREE & CHILDREN DISCOUNT
Please let us know if you have kids with you. Excursions are free for children under the age of two, if accompanied by an adult (one for each child); from age two to eight, a 50% reduction will be applied to the fare.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be no penalty for cancellations of excursion bookings comunicated at least 8 days prior to the booked excursion date. Between 8 and 2 days prior to the excursion, we will refund 90% of paid import; less than two days prior to the excursion payment of the entire amount will be due and no reimbursement will be granted.
