ARRIVAL AT TUSCAN VILLA & TRUFFLE HUNTING AREA (San Gimignano)
In San Gimignano truffle area you will have a visit of the vineyards, the cellar and you will experience one hour of truffle hunting in the private truffle hood of the Winery. Accompanied by a professional guide with his trained dogs you can share a wonderful experience in searching for truffle throughout the oak forests that border San Gimignano area. In this private truffle land, you will discover precious white and black truffles and you will be taught how to identify the various species of trees and the ideal habitat for truffle growth.
At the end of the experience, you will relax and enjoy a delicious truffle-based lunch in the vineyard, or in a private room inside the cellar.
Lunch consists of four courses, each of those truffles based and our chef will surprise you with a first quality match between wines and food. During the wine tasting you will be followed by our Sommelier, who will explain the secret of the art of tasting wine with different kind of food. The winery experience consists of a vertical Wine Tasting of 13 Tuscan wines and gourmet products including personal reserves with vintage 1995, 1996-1997 and limited editions.

09.30 am Meet your driver directly at your address – Welcome sign ULTIMATE TOUR. Leave Florence from the south and start to drive in the beautiful tuscan countryside overlooking Florence in the direction of famous Chianti Wine Region and San Gimignano.
10.15 am Start the Truffle hunting experience
11.30 am Visit the Vineyard in Chianti Classico Wine Region (enjoy the Truffle lunch and wine tasting). Wine tasting, extra virgin olive oil tasting, balsamic vinegar tasting, truffle oil tasting and tuscany authentich truffle lunch.
